Northeast of Lake Meade, where my grandmother’s home town of St. Thomas was submerged beneath the reservoir in the 1930s, lies a landscape aflame with the most intense, fantastically sculpted red rocks. This work is inspired by a journey through Valley of Fire State Park and its maze-like monoliths and canyons, where late afternoon light casts the land in striking color and shadow.

The dimensions indicated are the actual printed image dimensions. In addition, these prints include a 1” white border for the artist’s signature and series number.
